Processes

We have designed our processes to achieve measurable performance at every stage. Our teams analyze your contents and inventories. Considering the complexities and delicacy of format in mind, they lay out the most suitable digital conversion plan for each project. It includes:

• Project Procurement- We welcome input material in any file format or as printed books. We convert printed documents in TIFF files
• Scanning and OCR- Using OCR, these scanned files are further converted into text files. Our QA team then checks for the accuracy of converted documents & ensures correctness of 99.995%.
• Setting Annotations & Markups- The checked documents are further passed on to the SME (Subject Matter Expert), who identifies keywords, metadata and other client specifications.
• Tagging- These marked documents are further passed on to the specified formatters for tagging in specified format like XML, HTML etc.
• Illustrators work on to create an accurate facsimile of the artwork for all pages and parts (including images, illustrations, texts, colors etc.).
• Quality Analysis- A final quality check is done to ensure committed levels of accuracy.
• Project Delivery- The files are delivered to the client via secure FTP connections.
